Terms of Service

TONNode is an independent provider of a hosted MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for The Open Network (TON). We are not affiliated with the TON Foundation. By using the site, the API or the package, you agree to these terms.

Plain-language summary of how TONNode works. It is not legal advice.

What we provide

An MCP server that exposes read and non-custodial action tools for TON, offered as a free self-hostable package and as a hosted endpoint (mcp.tonnode.io) with API keys. Dedicated liteserver and archive nodes are available separately on request.

Accounts and keys

You sign in with a TON wallet or Telegram. Your API key is confidential — keep it secret, don't share it, and you are responsible for activity under it. We may rate-limit or revoke a key that abuses the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to overload, probe or disrupt it beyond your plan's limits. Per-key request limits apply and may change.

Payments

Plans are priced in USD and paid in GRAM or USDT on TON via TonConnect, or in other crypto through an xRocket invoice. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. Paid keys activate automatically after payment settles.

Non-custodial tools

The swap, cross-chain and wallet tools return unsigned transactions or freshly generated key material. The server never signs, never holds your funds, and does not store the keys it generates. You alone are responsible for reviewing, signing, broadcasting and safekeeping — including moving generated wallets to secure storage.

Refunds

Any paid monthly plan can be cancelled within the first 7 days for a full refund, in the currency you paid. The free Hobby tier carries no charge.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" on a best-effort basis. We are single-region today and make no uptime guarantee until a written SLA is published. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from swaps, generated wallets, chain conditions, or downtime.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here. Questions: t.me/tonnode_support.
