Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible to run a paid API. This explains what we keep and what we don't.

Plain-language summary of how TONNode works. It is not legal advice.

What we collect

An account identifier (your TON wallet address and/or Telegram id), aggregate request counters (volume and error rates per key) for billing and capacity, and payment records (order id, plan, amount, on-chain or xRocket reference).

What we don't collect

We don't log query payloads, the addresses or contracts you look up, or client IPs beyond short-term abuse protection. Because the swap, cross-chain and wallet tools are non-custodial, we never see your private keys, mnemonics or funds.

Payments are public by nature

On-chain payments in GRAM or USDT are recorded on the public TON blockchain. Payments made through xRocket are processed by xRocket under its own privacy policy.

Third parties

Swaps route through the Omniston protocol (STON.fi); crypto invoices through xRocket; the site is hosted on our own infrastructure and a CDN. We do not sell personal data.

Analytics

The site uses Yandex Metrika for basic, aggregate traffic analytics. You can block it with any standard tracker blocker; the product works without it.

Retention and your rights

Aggregate counters and payment records are kept as needed for billing and accounting. You can request deletion of your account data via t.me/tonnode_support.
