Terms of Service

TONNode is an independent infrastructure provider for The Open Network. We are not affiliated with the TON Foundation. Using the site, the hosted endpoints or the npm package means you accept these terms.

1.

Services

An MCP server for AI agents, free as an npm package or hosted with an API key. Private LiteServer access to TON. An API for indexed data, which is not launched — the waitlist grants no access.

2.

Accounts and keys

Sign in with a TON wallet or Telegram. Your API key is a bearer credential: keep it server-side, and you are responsible for everything done with it. We may rate-limit or revoke a key that abuses the service.

3.

Limits and use

Each plan has a stated limit — per minute on MCP, per second on node access. Do not circumvent it, overload the service, or use it unlawfully. Limits may change, with notice before they take effect.

4.

Payments

Prices are in USD, paid in GRAM or USDT via TON Connect or in other cryptocurrencies via xRocket. Payments are final once confirmed on-chain. Balance does not expire; metered access pauses at zero. Reserved passes are prorated non-linearly — the price shown at checkout is what you pay.

5.

Non-custodial

Swap, cross-chain and wallet tools return unsigned transactions or generated keys. We never sign, hold funds, or retain generated keys. Signing, broadcasting and safekeeping are yours. We cannot reverse a signed transaction or recover a lost mnemonic.

6.

Refunds

Monthly plans: full refund within 7 days. Reserved passes: pro rata for unused time. Unused balance: refundable on request. Refunds go to the paying address.

7.

Availability

Provided as is. We publish no uptime figure and offer no SLA. Archive access runs on a node that is still syncing, so historical results may be incomplete.

8.

Liability

We are not liable for losses from transactions you signed, wallets you generated, network conditions, decisions made by an AI agent, or downtime. Liability is capped at what you paid us in the preceding three months.

9.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are dated above; continued use after that date is acceptance.
